Our pricing rubric is based on many factors like difficulty of job, square footage, ease of access, pitch of roof, type of roof and quantity of chemicals required if it is a roof moss services.

We price pressure washing by square footage, type of surface and drainage situation. Sometimes where chemicals need to be used to remove calcium stains, pricing might differ slightly.

Lots of factors come into play when determining the best way to tackle certain situations and what the conditions are that time of year. 

For the jobs that require spray on application, we use hydrogen peroxide-based chemicals with specific algaecides designed to tackle growth. Hydrogen peroxide is an oxidizing agent, when it comes into contact with any bacterial cell (moss, algae), it will break down those organic substances and, in the process, breaks itself into oxygen and water. It is widely known as one of the more environmentally conscious methods as it is naturally occurring  

For the usual composite roofs here in Washington, we use a granule chemical that is sodium percarbonate based, with other algicides. This chemical is used in ponds and lakes to tackle certain infestations, it is not harmful to fish and wildlife which is important to us, it is why we stay clear from the cheaper Zinc alternative.

We are very diligent when it comes to safety and preplanning work on job sites, we use industry standard harnesses and fall protection. Whether you have a 1 story home or a 4-story home, we are roped up.

We certainly do give discounts on multiple services to a property. We also discount services that are routinely maintained by us.
